Our beginning was very humble, two guys, one phone (with call waiting), 5 products, and 800 square feet of space. That was over 25 years ago!
Early on we knew that it was important to set ourselves apart from the competition. In order to do this our service had to be exceptional. There is no better place to understand customer service than Seattle, WA. We are home to two companies that are models of customer service, Starbucks Coffee and Nordstrom. If we could just provide a level of service comparable to these companies our business would have success.
Our next step was to be identifiable. None of our competitors spent much time creating a brand. Fanaco® Fasteners was the first company in our industry to brand a full line of fasteners. We actually took branding to a whole new level with packaging that is by far the best in our industry.
